When you create an account, we collect your name, email or phone number, and region. When you build an estimate, we store the project details, materials and quantities you enter or generate. We do not require this information to try the Guided Estimator as a guest.

2. How we use it

We use your information to save and display your estimates, notify you of material price changes you've opted into, process subscription billing, and connect you with vendors when you choose to request a quote.

3. Sharing with vendors

Your contact details are shared with a vendor only when you actively request a quote or contact through their listing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain account and estimate data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional communications at any time from your account settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your region preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
